01 The story, in three paragraphs

Why everyone keeps coming back.

Located in the vibrant neighborhood of Consolação in São Paulo, Rotisserie Bologna is a culinary gem that masterfully blends the warmth of a traditional bakery with the rich flavors of a classic rotisserie restaurant. This unique establishment invites locals and visitors alike to indulge in a delightful fusion of Brazilian and Italian-inspired fare, served fresh throughout the day.

From the moment you step inside Rotisserie Bologna, you’re greeted by the comforting aroma of freshly baked breads and slow-roasted meats. The menu is impressively diverse, catering to all tastes and meal occasions. For a cozy morning or afternoon treat, their lineup of Bebidas Quentes such as the smooth Capuccino Médio or the decadent Chocolate Quente Médio is simply irresistible, offering warmth and richness in every sip.

When it comes to savory delights, their Lanches selection is a standout. The Sanduíche Mortadela Generosa is truly a feast for the senses — thick slices of mortadella layered generously on a crisp pão francês, delivering a perfect marriage of salty, creamy, and freshly baked notes. Equally compelling is the XBurguer Bacon, featuring a juicy hamburger patty, crispy bacon, melted cheese, and fresh veggies, balancing indulgence with freshness.

For heartier meals, their grilled meats shine. The Filé Mignon Grelhado Damico is tender and expertly cooked, inviting you to customize with a choice of sides that complement each bite. Seafood lovers can experience the refined flavors of the Camarões A Grega, served with fragrant arroz à grega and crisp fries — a dish that truly embodies both elegance and comfort.

Beyond the exceptional food, Rotisserie Bologna prides itself on a clean and inviting atmosphere paired with friendly staff who go the extra mile to make every visit a pleasure. According to customers, the service is prompt and warm, fulfilling the promise of quality and attentiveness any time of day — a 24-hour option that proves especially convenient for bustling São Paulo life.

Reviewer Bear Blaney praises the phenomenal mortadella sandwich, while Arnold Kiss notes the generous portions and consistent excellence that kept them coming back after exploring multiple local bakeries. A J C highlights the unbeatable accessibility and reasonable prices, marking Rotisserie Bologna as an essential stop whether you’re starting your day with breakfast or winding down with a tasty dinner.

Whether you’re seeking a quick yet satisfying snack, a leisurely meal with friends, or a dependable meal delivery in the heart of São Paulo, Rotisserie Bologna delivers with genuine passion and quality. Today, we tried 3 different padarias in and around Consolação and were so disappointed that we ran back here to get our delicious food. The service was fast, people pleasant, food delicious and the whole place just makes sense to us. All the food we tried (and we tried 7-10 different options across our week spent in Consolação) was delicious, big portions, well worth the money. We very well understand how this place has managed to keep afloat over the decades.

What a great place. Open 24 hours. Great service, food and reasonable prices. The bakery counter in the morning is unbelievable! Anytime day or night I could walk there from where I was staying. It is in a great section of the city. Price varies depending on whether it's breakfast or dinner. The most I paid was around R$ 50.

Great, traditional, decades-old bakery and diner. Might be pricey for some people, but the quality is insurmountable. Delivery available at night, after 6pm.

A bit pricy (like everything in SP) and some of the pastries don't taste good. But the cappuccino is decent and the Requeijão na Chapa is worth trying. Also the ice cream is marvelous.

The sandwiches are amazing and so is the ice-cream. The French fries were a little soggy and the service was a little slow. I will return for the sandwiches.
